Pierre Gruget, M.Eng., President & CEO Pierre is an innovative and result-driven engineer and entrepreneur. He has a track record of facilitating and setting up international organizations.

A graduate of the prestigious Ecole des Mines of Paris, Pierre has a solid technical background and 9 years of experience in the energy sector. As a geophysicist, he discovered valuable oil deposits in the Paris area. He helped reduce the energy bill of social housing in Paris and surrounding areas by 10%, worked on centralizing Paris' area water supplies and utilities, and contributed to fuell cell, solar panels and geothermal projects.

As an entrepreneur, Pierre built a medium-sized IT Company, led it to the highest international standards and was awarded the title of Microsoft Partner of the year (2000). He developed and customized about 100 proprietary software for the core business of clients in 12 vertical markets. Some software required cutting-edge technological expertise and are currently used by 100,000 professionals. He was selected by Microsoft to sit on the Partner Advisory Board for Collaborative Tools, in Seattle (20 members worldwide). He also championed an initiative to form an international project management company, bringing together 50 Microsoft partner companies with a combined staff of 10,000, and got Microsoft's commitment to support the new structure.

During his tenure as CEO, some of Pierre's achievements include helping 32 banks design a common balance sheet simulation and risk analysis tool, and organizing collaborations between several banks and Insurance companies on life insurance products.

Pierre is the co-founder and past VP of the Customers Relationship Association of France, co-founder and past President of the Microsoft Partners Association of France. He speaks French and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of German and Italian.

Evelyn Jiang, B.A., Business Analyst Evelyn graduated from SFU with a major in Economics and is completing her second degree in Accounting and Finance. Her major areas of interest are policy research, economic analysis, and international development. Evelyn is bilingual in English and Mandarin, and is proficient in simultaneous translation and interpretation.

Ryan Turner, Business Analyst Ryan is currently completing the final semester of a Finance and Management Science degree at SFU. Prior to joining Dolfio, he has worked at the Canada Revenue Agency and in environmental research at SFU.
